I need to remember this!!

Exercising helps healing as long as you take the proper precautions.

Before going back to Kajukenbo, my wrist was hurting and I was worried that going back would make it worse. But two days after the only time that I have felt it hurt was when when giving my wife a back massage.  After doing a couple of the principles of Whole 30, I think I will be able to do this.  I just need to figure out my drive home from work.  I think that is where I will get in trouble...
